Interactive Birthday Card for Varada Sharma July Releases

Hello crafty friend!! How are you doing?

 I'm on VaradaSharma Designs blog today, sharing a fun shaker birthday card .

For my card, I've used stamps from Sweet Summer July 2022 releases.

Delicious looking cake and CELEBRATE sentiment are from Your Special Day stamp set and the lovely floral image beside the cake is from Hot Air Balloon set.As you know I love colouring my images in watercolours. Firstly I resized and arranged the images as needed for the card and coloured in soft colours, fuzzy cut it and set it aside.

Moved onto to prepping my soft ink blended background with distress oxide inks and sprayed tiny amounts of water, next added silver splatters to give interest.For my shaker, I die cut scalloped frame and adhered acetate, then filled in a sequins mixture. Adhered this panel using foam strips on the ink blended background, which is then adhered on a top folded white A2 card base.

Finally added the sentiment and the images, finishing it with adding details using shimmer pens and liquid accents etc.That's all for now! Hope you like my card!Thanks so much for stopping by!!
